We have the experience and expertise for over thirty years in the self storage and construction industry.

We built one of the very first self storage facilities in 1974 and our first climate controlled in 1978.  In 2005, United Self Storage Facility, LLC was formed and we set out to build the very best facility that self storage has to offer.

First, we designed a building like a fortress, very strong solid concrete that is super insulated energy efficient.  Climate controlled and dehumidified which puts a stop to condensation, dampness, mold and mildew.

Then we wanted easy access, with six loading zones there is never a wait.  No stairs to climb or waiting for elevators.

Then we wanted the best security.  We installed cameras, entrance key pads, call center, motion detectors and individual unit alarm sensors.  Also, some things that we can't mention!
